Linda K. Encoe

Ms. Encoe was born and raised in Downey, California. She has owned and operated several small businesses in Los Angeles County, California. In 1984, Ms. Encoe decided to apply her talents to the legal field, accepting her first position as a legal secretary.

Ms. Encoe has worked as a legal secretary for the last 20 years, first at Reid & Hellyer, a major Inland Empire law firm, and then at Ward & Ward. While at Reid & Hellyer, Ms. Encoe was in charge of training the firm’s word processors and legal secretaries and assisted in the development of the firm’s docket and legal forms systems. She has continued to utilize her superior organizational skills at Ward & Ward, streamlining the file handling process for the benefit of the law firm’s clients.

Ms. Encoe’s background as a small business owner along with her experience as a legal secretary, enable her to quickly understand the nuances of the disputes handled by Ward & Ward and their impact on the daily lives of the law firm’s clients. As a result, Ms. Encoe provides excellent support and encouragement to Ward & Ward’s attorneys and clients.
