Lucinda M. Graeber

Ms. Graeber was born in the Bay Area of California (Mill Valley) and raised in Menlo Park. She obtained her Bachelor Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Arizona in 1973. After graduation, Ms. Graeber began working for the highly respected San Bernardino law firm, Surr & Hellyer. Ms. Graeber has worked as a legal secretary or paralegal continuously since 1973, giving her over 30 years legal experience.

Ms. Graeber has extensive experience in real estate matters, having conducted thousands of nonjudicial foreclosures for several independent foreclosure services and having handled hundreds of commercial unlawful detainer actions, while working at Surr & Hellyer and its successor firm, Reid & Hellyer. The knowledge gained through these experiences has continued to be used by Ms. Graeber as a paralegal at Ward & Ward.

Ms. Graeber also has over 25 years of experience in general civil litigation matters, and has developed a special expertise in discovery matters, the organization and use of documentary evidence and trial preparation. These skills make Ms. Graeber a valuable member of the Ward & Ward legal team.
